Updated Look of Your Dashboard and Balance Information Admin Account November 01, 2023 00:25 Updated To simplify the repayment experience for our customers, we've begun rolling out a few changes to your account dashboard. You may see these new additions to your account when you next log in: account statements, total balance, and minimum balance due. Account Statements We've added downloadable monthly statements to the "Transaction History" page in your Lendtable account. These account statements provide a thorough breakdown of each deposit you receive per month with Lendtable. From there, you can review our fee inclusions, post-tax deductions, and more. Help keep track of your transactions by downloading your account statement each month. To learn more about how your reimbursements are calculated, check out this help center article. Total Balance and Minimum Balance Due When you log in to your account, you may see that the "Repayment" tab has changed. In an effort to streamline your repayment information, we've updated the page to now show you your total balance and minimum balance due (if any) at all times. Total Balance Due Total balance due is the total amount outstanding that you will need to repay to Lendtable once your service comes to an end. This amount is the sum total of your received deposits and Lendtable's 20% fee that you can track throughout your service. Your balance becomes due when you leave your employer, retire, cancel, or when your two-year contract has ended. Minimum Balance Due Minimum balance due is the amount that you currently owe Lendtable and will need to pay by the listed due date in order to continue your service and/or keep your account in good standing. You will be able to select your preferred method of payment (card, or Pay with 401k) and use it to pay the minimum balance due directly through this widget. If you have any trouble with your updated dashboard or need help with your payment, please contact our chat support for further assistance and we'll be glad to help.
