Uploaded pay stubs must clearly display the following pay-period information: Full legal name Employer name Gross Earnings YTD Gross Earnings Itemized Deductions Pay-Period Dates Below is an example of a valid pay stub you can upload to your account. Please ensure the date on the pay stub is correct when uploading it for your designated pay period.
